They have been struggling to identify and select qualified candidates with the right skills and aptitude for almost 6 months

Client selected LanceSoft based on our local capabilities and presence across these key regions, in addition to our depth in CPG industry, Supply Chain Engineering and SAP hiring experience

LanceSoft formed a dedicated team of 9 seasoned recruiters to support this initiative, all of whom have a minimum 4 years experience in the Supply Chain Engineering and ERP specifically SAP domain, supported by our Delivery Head and frontend Account Management team

We dedicated 3 local recruiters combined with 6 supporting from offshore, to provide a 24/7 follow the sun approach

Our focus is primarily on fulfilling 27 SAP Engineering positions with the following skillsets:

• SAP HANA

• SAP Integration Architect

• SAP System Security with SAP ECC, S/4, SAP BI, BOBJ, FIORI and Lumira

• SAP Platform Architects with ECC, S/4, BI, EP, SLD, HANA, Process Orchestration, Web Dispatcher, Solution Manager

LanceSoft has managed to fulfill approx. 93% of the positions within 4.5 months of the engagement
